Job Summary:
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will handle inbound calls with residential consumers regarding available energy service options.

Your primary focus will be speaking with interested customers, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven call center environment where strong communication skills and consistency directly impact your success.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales calls with residential consumers
Explain available energy options clearly and professionally
Answer customer questions and guide them through enrollment
Overcome objections and build rapport with customers
Accurately document activity in the CRM system
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Requirements:

Prior call center or sales experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
Goal-oriented, competitive, and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Must be able to work on-site in our Henderson, NV office
Must have open availability:
- Training schedule is 6:00AM-2:30PM Monday - Friday.
- Normal schedule once training is completed is 8:30am-5:00PM Tuesday - Saturday (schedules may vary periodically).

Compensation
This position offers $12.00 per hour plus commission and performance bonuses based on sales results. All compensation is paid weekly.
