OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring a hands-on Sales Team Lead to coach and drive performance on our call center floor. This is a working leadership role—you’ll help close deals, support agents in real-time, and lead from the front.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, ~5:45 AM–2:30 PM (on-site in Henderson)
Pay & Perks:
$17.50/hour + daily & weekly bonuses

What You’ll Do:
Coach and support a team of sales reps
Monitor live calls and provide real-time feedback
Help agents overcome objections and close deals
Track performance and hit daily/weekly targets
Lead by example on the sales floor
What We’re Looking For:
Strong sales experience (call center or outbound preferred)
Leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience a plus
Confident on the phones and helping others close
Goal-driven, reliable, and hands-on
