What You’ll Do

As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will make outbound calls to residential consumers to explain available energy options and enroll customers into our client’s services.

Make outbound sales calls to residential consumers
Present energy options clearly and confidently
Overcome objections and guide customers through enrollment
Build rapport while maintaining professionalism
Accurately document sales activity in the CRM system
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
