OnPoint CX Solutions is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Call Center Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8 sales agents in our Henderson office.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys driving results, developing talent, and building high-performing sales teams. You'll work directly with agents on the sales floor, providing coaching, call support, and real-time feedback while helping your team achieve and exceed sales goals.

- Monitor live and recorded calls and provide real-time coaching
- Assist agents with objection handling and closing sales
- Hold team members accountable for attendance, productivity, KPIs, and sales goals
- Track daily and weekly team performance metrics
- Identify coaching and training opportunities to improve results
- Communicate team performance updates and recommendations to leadership
- Foster a positive, competitive, and performance-driven team culture
- Support future team growth and development initiatives
- Strong sales experience required
- Previous leadership, floor lead, coaching, or supervisory experience preferred
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales talent
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable providing real-time feedback and support in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience using CRM systems, call center software, and multiple computer applications
- Reliable, accountable, and results-driven mindset
- Open availability required; schedules may vary based on business needs. Typical schedule is M-F 6:00AM-2:30PM
- Ability to work in-office at our Henderson, NV location
