OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring experienced Commercial Sales Representatives to join our growing Henderson team. If you have experience in B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation, or business development, this is an opportunity to grow your career while representing commercial energy solutions for businesses.

Monday–Friday schedule (approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
Present commercial energy solutions and business service options
Build rapport and identify customer needs
Generate new business opportunities and close sales
Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and company systems

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, lead generation, cold calling, or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional and confident phone presence
Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
