Pay: $15/hr Base + Uncapped Commission (Paid Weekly).
The Role: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will engage prospective businesses, helping them understand their energy options and enrolling them onto our client’s services. You aren’t just making calls; you’re building relationships and closing deals.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Revenue: Make high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects.
Selling: Explain energy solutions simply and professionally.
Exceed Goals: Hit daily and weekly sales targets to maximize your commission.
Manage Leads: Use CRM tools and Microsoft Office to track your success.
What You Bring:
Sales Grit: 1-2 years of experience in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, or Phone Sales (preferred).
Tech Savvy: Comfortable multitasking between multiple systems and Office Suite.
Reliability: Exceptional attendance, especially during your first 30 days.
Communication: A strong phone presence and the ability to negotiate with business owners.
